Terms of Service

The rules for using our website, booking pages, client portal and NorthFlow HQ.

Last updated October 29, 2026

These terms govern your use of northflowdigital.ca, the Digital Business Health Check™, our booking pages, our client portal and NorthFlow HQ (together, the "Services"), provided by NorthFlow Digital Inc. ("NorthFlow", "we", "us"), 3882 33rd Street West, Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, Canada. By using the Services you agree to these terms. If you use them on behalf of a business, you confirm you can bind that business to them.

Our services

NorthFlow helps small and mid-sized businesses find where technology is costing them time, customers and money, then designs, builds and runs the systems that fix it: automation and AI, websites and portals, sales and booking, data and insights, custom development and connected operations. The work we do for a client is set out in a proposal, statement of work and Client Service Agreement. Where those documents and these terms differ, those documents apply.

Using the website

You may browse the website and use our forms and booking pages for genuine enquiries. You agree not to:

  • send spam, false information or anything unlawful;
  • try to break, overload or get around the security of the Services;
  • scrape or copy the Services in bulk, or use them to build a competing product; or
  • pretend to be someone else.

The Digital Business Health Check™

The Health Check is a short self-assessment. Its score and report are based only on your answers and are general guidance, not professional, legal, financial or tax advice. We do not promise any particular result from acting on them. How we handle your answers is set out in our Privacy Policy.

Bookings

When you book a call we send a confirmation with the time and how to join. Please reschedule or cancel using the link in that email if you cannot make it. If a call has a fee, the fee and any reschedule rules are shown when you book and are paid through our payment processor. We may move or cancel a call with notice if we have to; if we cancel a paid call and cannot find a new time with you, we refund the fee.

Accounts

Some Services, such as the client portal and NorthFlow HQ, need an account. Keep your sign-in details safe and tell us at once if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for what happens under your account.

Connected accounts

NorthFlow HQ can connect to third-party services such as Google Calendar. When an account is connected, NorthFlow HQ accesses it only as described on the connection screen and in our Privacy Policy. Use of that service stays subject to its own terms. A connection can be removed at any time.

Fees and payment

Fees, milestones and payment terms for client work are set out in the proposal, agreement and invoices for that work. Unless they say otherwise, prices are in Canadian dollars, exclude applicable taxes (GST, PST or HST), and invoices are due on the date shown.

Intellectual property

The website, its design, text and images, our brand, the Digital Business Health Check™ and NorthFlow HQ belong to NorthFlow or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without our written permission. Ownership of the work we build for a client is set out in that client's agreement; unless it says otherwise, the client owns the deliverables once they are paid for in full, and NorthFlow keeps its own pre-existing tools, code and know-how.

Your content

You keep ownership of anything you send us or upload to the Services. You give us permission to use it only to provide the Services to you. You confirm you have the right to share it.

Third-party links and services

The Services may link to or rely on other websites and services. We are not responsible for their content, availability or practices.

Availability

We work to keep the Services running and secure, but we do not promise they will always be available or free of errors. We may change, pause or stop parts of them.

Disclaimers

The website and its content are provided for general information, as is, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. Commitments about the quality and results of client work are those in the client's agreement.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, NorthFlow is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue or data, arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim about the Services is limited to the fees you paid us for the Services in the 12 months before the claim, or CAD 100 if you have paid us nothing. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Indemnity

You agree to cover NorthFlow for losses and reasonable costs caused by your breach of these terms or your misuse of the Services.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close access to the Services if you break these terms or put the Services or other users at risk. You can stop using the Services at any time. Sections that by their nature should continue, such as intellectual property, liability and governing law, survive.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and protect personal information, including Google user data.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Saskatchewan and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. The courts of Saskatchewan have jurisdiction over any dispute, though we will always try to settle a disagreement by talking first.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will post the new version here with a new date. If you keep using the Services after a change, you accept the updated terms.
